PUDDING DELIGHT, RECIPE #6
Sometimes, you want something a little sweeter in the morning, and pudding delight is usually the answer. Topping it with blueberries or even papaya is a good choice because they both have an anti-inflammatory agent. It will help you with vitamin C, E, and the papain in it is what helps with the inflammation, and it can even improve your digestion for the same reason. Of course, pineapple will help as well. Turmeric is great for cooking, and it’ll help you lose weight and even detox your body as well on top of making sure that you fight your inflammation. The cinnamon is able to help you as well, and the almond milk will help with inflammation as well. It’s even a diet food, so it’ll help you with any weight loss goals you may have.
